What kind of thread should be used? (Machine embroidery thread, 40wt, pre-wound 60wt L type bobbins)
Identify:
Frame sizes
Which frame holder is used for the 4 frames we have? (Frame A)
Tools in the toolbox
Perform an embroidery:
Turn machine on
Oil the bobbin, check to make sure there’s enough thread, brush out the compartment
Make a design (Home Screen & Edit Design Screen)
Choose colors
Hoop fabric
Choose a stabilizer
Hoop the fabric well, making sure it’s taut
Adjust frame holder
Install frame
Choose settings on Embroidery Settings Screen
Align fabric using laser/alignment sheets
Rearrange spool assignments on Embroidery Screen
Load new threads
Make sure the thread is run properly
Needles threaded using tool
Run program
Remove frame and de-hoop fabric
Put away & Clean up!
