makeymakey

I was directed by someone at another Makerspace to a learning tool called MakeyMakey. They had a lot of success using it as part of an introductory workshop for both kids and adults. It is basically a tool to use electric sensors to trigger keyboard input. With this you can to lots of creative things such as playing the piano using bananas.  It is a more simple start for people who might otherwise be intimidated by Arduino and other kits.

Maybe this can be developed into some sort one evening workshop. Would anyone be interested in putting something together?
