After you book
At the Site Orientation we will walk you through safety equipment, answer your questions, and hand you your electronic key to the space. Remember to bring a photo ID. If you did not upload a photo when creating your profile, please email a headshot (face and shoulders) to staff@makehaven.org so we can make your access keycard.
Getting here: MakeHaven is located at 770 Chapel Street, New Haven, CT. When you arrive at the front door, please ring the doorbell on the left side of the front door. You'll be buzzed in. Go down the long hallway and through the double glass doors. Bear left and take either the elevator or the stairs down one floor to the basement. Knock/ring the bell at the red double doors and you'll be let in.
