Facilitator Nametags

To create a facilitator nametag:

Materials are in the facilitator cabinet. FYI we've been using these sheets & these magnets. But if you want to try another material you like, go for it.

 

Instructions are also in the svg file. Once you download, follow these steps to personalize and laser cut:

  1. Change "YourName" to your actual name

  2. Click Path --> Object to path

  3. Shift-Click your name &  then "Nathan" (both are selected)

  4. Click Object --> Align & Distribute

  5. In that section, click Relative to: last selected

  6. Click to center on vertical axis & again to center on horizontal axis

  7. Delete "Nathan" (may need to move your name up (shift up twice) to get to original name to delete, then shift-down twice to return to=== position. *Repeat steps for pronouns if update is needed.

  8. Export: set RED to Raster: Power 100/Speed 85/PPI 500

  9. AFTER rastering, tape border (where it will cut) set BLUE to VECTOR: Power 90/Speed 5/PPI 1000, SKIP red, export to cut 

 

Font specs: (download OSWALD from Font Squirrel)

Name: Oswald Semi-Bold 32 point 

FACILITATOR: Oswald Regular, Normal, 16 pt 

Pronouns: Oswald Regular, Normal, 12 point
