Hi! I'm looking for an experienced CNC router operator to cut 10 rectangular plywood pieces. I will provide the wood: one 23⅞" × 23⅞" sheet of ¾-inch plywood. **Cuts needed from the plywood sheet (10 pieces total):** - 2 pieces: 12.5" × 8.5" - 4 pieces: 12.5" × 3.5" - 4 pieces: 7" × 3.5" I would strongly prefer CNC router cutting rather than manual saw cutting to achieve precise, consistent dimensions and minimize cutting errors. **Cutting specifications:** - Please use **outside-profile toolpaths** so the finished dimensions match the measurements provided. - All pieces should have **sharp, square 90-degree exterior corners**, with no intentional rounding, fillets, chamfers, or decorative edge treatments. - All edges should be straight and clean, with a target dimensional tolerance of ±1/32". - Please account for the router bit diameter and use appropriate workholding to prevent movement during cutting. I have an SVG cutting-layout file available for the 10 pieces. Please verify that all 10 pieces can fit on the supplied 23⅞" × 23⅞" plywood sheet, accounting for the router bit diameter, cutting clearances, and workholding requirements before proceeding. I'm hoping to have this completed **as soon as possible**. Ideally, I'd like to drop off the plywood, have all 10 pieces cut, and pick them up **on the same day**, if your schedule allows. My budget is **$75 total for the job**. I'm flexible with drop-off and pickup times and happy to coordinate around your availability.
