- Shear a piece of scrap metal, just trimming the end off
- Reasonable thickness of material
- Hand lever adjusted if necessary
- Use the Press Brake to bend the piece of scrap
- Proper hand position
- Use the Slip Roll to curve the piece of scrap to your heart’s content
- Debur scrap if necessary
- Adjust rollers to the thickness of material
- Adjust rear roller to lowermost position
- Show use of grease rag to grease rollers
- Flip piece with each roll
- Turn rear roller adjusters at the same rate, 1 turn when starting, ½ turn as rolling starts
- Cleaning up tool
- Wipe up any excess grease
- Throw away cutoffs
