Newbie Nosh: Seasonal Greens and Beans
This month, let's be inspired by seasonal greens and beans. Theresa will be making a beans & greens dish. Come at 6:30 to watch her techniques, or at 7 just for the food. Participants are encouraged to bring a side, dessert, or drink to share. Bonus points: include something from the CT Seasonal Food Guide!
This relaxed gathering offers an informal setting for new members to connect with each other and with the wider MakeHaven community. Expect a friendly atmosphere, delicious food, and engaging conversations as we share a meal and get to know one another.
Meet Other Members and Facilitators:. This meetup is your chance to meet other members and extend a warm welcome to our newest additions. While our facilitators are always invited, they won't be there to present, teach, or instruct. Instead, they'll be joining the conversation, offering guidance, and sharing their experiences as fellow makers.
Goals of the Meetup The primary goal of this meetup is to introduce new members to each other and to the supportive community at MakeHaven. It's an opportunity to forge connections, share ideas, and discover the wealth of opportunities available within our maker space.
New and Established Members Welcome: While this meetup is specifically designed for new members, established members are also encouraged to attend. It's a chance to extend a warm welcome to our newest members and to foster a sense of community among all makers at MakeHaven
