Get Scrappy! Family Junk Jamboree
School is out for Indigenous Peoples' Day – come get inspired and createive at MakeHaven.
This low-key, family-friendly gathering is the perfect chance to:
- Get creative with a variety of scrap materials
- Work side-by-side on fun, open-ended projects
- Meet other families who love to make, tinker, and dream big
- Chat about future family meetups and ways to bring more making magic to kids at the makerspace
Jeremy will be here to help with wood cuts and projects, and Clara is avaialbe to assist with sewing creativity. All ages are welcome—just bring a guardian to supervise and join the fun. If you have any crafty supplies or scraps to add to the mix, feel free to bring them along. And if you may need some snacks at this time of day, you are welcome to bring and use our kitchen as needed. Let’s get scrappy!
