This Instructor Meetup & Feedback Session is an opportunity for past, present, and prospective MakeHaven Instructors to come together, share experiences, and help shape the future of teaching at MakeHaven. Participants will engage in guided discussions around what’s working well, what challenges they’ve encountered, and what support or resources would improve their experience. The goal of this session is to gather meaningful input as we build a more structured and supportive Instructor experience, from onboarding through running workshops and beyond.

What to Expect

This session will be a collaborative, discussion-based meetup. Participants will take part in group conversations and guided prompts focused on different aspects of the Instructor experience. There will be time to share ideas, raise concerns, and connect with other Instructors in the community. This is not a lecture or formal class - it’s a space for open, constructive feedback and conversation.

Prerequisites/Safety Information

No prior teaching experience is required. Participants should come ready to share their experiences and engage respectfully in group discussion.
