Get cozy and crafty this November with a relaxed, beginner friendly crochet workshop! In this 4 hour class, you’ll have the chance to create simple projects (perfect for gifting this season!), including flower bookmarks, coasters, and a fun introduction to crocheting hats or bags. No previous crochet experience is necessary. Beginners are very welcome, and we’ll walk you through the basics to help you get started. More experienced crocheters can choose from additional patterns and projects to keep things interesting. Come spend a cozy afternoon crocheting, learning something new, and getting a head start on handmade holiday gifts! ✨

What to Expect

This is a relaxed afternoon of group making focused on portable, giftable projects. You will learn foundational stitches, practice working in both flat rows and basic rounds, and move at your own pace through your choice of patterns. The instructor will guide beginners step by step through starting projects, managing tension, and reading simple instructions, while experienced makers can jump straight into more advanced pattern options. By the end of class, you will leave with handmade gifts ready to share and the confidence to keep making at home.

Who Should Attend

Prerequisites and Safety Information

None. All materials are provided and there is nothing required to bring. Feel free to bring your favorite crochet hook or yarn if you prefer working with your own equipment.
