Use this Vibratory Bowl for the following applications:
* Removing rust or other surface imperfections from hardware.
* Removing burrs from machined or stamped hardware or other small parts.
* Polishing small parts.
* Removing any contaminants from various metal parts.
1. Make sure Tank interior is dry before each use.
2. Fill the Vibratory Bowl about 2/3 full with polishing media. Select the media that you think will work best for your parts (check manual below for more info). Add work material as up to a maximum of 18 lb. of material (including media). Do not overfill. Maximum capacity is 18 lb. and about 2/3 full tank. Overfilling will cause the polishing process to go much slower. If the Vibratory Bowl is running too slowly, simply remove some items and restart.
3. Place the Cover on the Vibratory Bowl, make sure that the Threaded Shaft is correctly in place. Add the Ring and Washer and finger-tighten firmly using the Nut.
4. If a lubricant is used, place a suitable container beneath Overflow Hose to catch any drained fluids. Please consult with staff if using anything besides water.
5. Connect the Power Cord to the nearest power outlet and press the Power Switch to ON (āIā).
6. When the vibrating is completed, press the Power Switch to OFF (āOā) before opening the Vibratory Bowl. Tumbling usually takes between 30 mins and 2 hours.
7. Drain any liquid, remove your parts, and dump the media back into the bucket that it came in.
