Would be nice to measure inductance (L) and capacitance (C), among other things (dissipation factor, etc).
The Extech LCR200 ($320) seems to be the standard portable LCR meter, but the Taiwanese Der EE DE-5000 ($180) (pictured) is also highly-rated.
Avoid the cheaper ones below $100.
