Developing the Pitch for Your Business Idea

Do you have an idea of a small business or invention you want to turn into a startup? Being able to make a good pitch for your idea can make the difference that gains allies and wins funding.  There are many tips and tricks to developing a good pitch that the early entrepreneur is not likely to know. 

In this session Richard Guha will break down the elements of a wining pitch. This will be followed by a questions and answers session with Richard.


This session online workshop is the first step to preparing you to participate in pitch competitions where you can win funding and recognition. 



For those that wish to workshop and get feedback on their draft pitches there will be a followup "writer's workshop" sytle pitch activity.

Richard Guha improves, fixes, and optimizes businesses and industries. Richard has created highly profitable new business models to address changing regulations in airlines, financial services, telecommunications, cable television, and energy, as well as successfully commercialized new technology. He has spoken at many conferences, appeared on national TV, radio, newspapers and magazines from CNBC to the Wall Street Journal.

Richard is currently the Entrepreneur in Residence at Sacred Heart University
