Second Sundays: Takeapart!

Image
A collage of three photos showing people repairing electronics. On the left, a person in a headscarf uses a small screwdriver to open the inside of a camcorder. On the top right, several hands work together with screwdrivers to take apart the back of a flat-screen TV. On the bottom right, close-up hands carefully hold and repair a small circuit board with electronic components.

Join us for a free Community Take-Apart event where we'll open up broken gadgets and gizmos to see what makes them work. This is a hands-on, no-pressure event—perfect for anyone who's ever been curious about the inner workings of everyday electronics. We'll provide the tools and a friendly, fun atmosphere. Note that reassembly is not guaranteed! This event is all about exploration, discovery, and the joy of seeing what's inside. Bring a friend, bring an old device or something to takeapart (or check out our stash), and get ready to discover something new!

Second Sundays is a social gathering for makers. Whether you're working on something wild and wonderful, or still brainstorming your next big idea, this is the perfect space to show it off or bounce ideas around. We want to see what you’ve been up to, hear your stories, and get inspired by each other’s creativity. Snacks provided; feel free to bring a favorite to share if inspired.

Avoid FOMO: Get the Second Sundays on your google calendar now! Click this link and then save to have this and the upcoming Second Sundays added to your calendar so you don't miss out!
