Please read the following and complete the form to register as a vendor in MakeHaven’s Spring Makers Market. Once this form is submitted, you will be directed to the page to make your payment.

Eligibility

Open to all active MakeHaven members in good standing.
Tabling Fees

Members may register to be a vendor at the market for a fee of $75 (If cost is a barrier to participation, please contact the market organizers.)

A 5% sales commission will be received by MakeHaven to help cover insurance and payment processing fees.

Tables may be rented for $10
Inventory
-
Each seller may submit a maximum of 10 different product types.

All vendors must submit a photo, description and retail price for each item they wish to sell. This will be used for inventory management and the POS system.

All product categories will be issued a SKU - this along with the retail price must be on each product.
Sales and Revenue Sharing

All transactions will be conducted at a centralized POS system provided by MakeHaven.

Items must be clearly priced at the same amount submitted to MakeHaven.

Final revenue minus taxes, fees, and commission will be distributed following the end of the event.
Space Usage and Management

Each vendor will be allotted floor space. A limited number of tables are available for rent for a $10 fee.

Participants must manage resources effectively, ensuring lights are off and heat is regulated.
Setup and Breakdown

Participants will be responsible for setting up and breaking down their spaces.

All participants will be asked to assist with setup of the space before the market begins and breakdown at the end of the market.

Sellers must create or update their Maker or Business profile on the MakeHaven website.
Safety and Compliance

Insurance will be covered by MakeHaven.

Sellers must adhere to all local regulations and MakeHaven policies.

MakeHaven will collect sales tax and pay to the state on sales from the store.

Conflicts must be reported to MakeHaven staff for resolution.

MakeHaven is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
