Orientation to MakeHaven's Woodshop lead by Rob Narracci.

This is an introduction to the machines and tools in the Woodshop, as well as, shop safety and best practices. This class is a great class for new members of MakeHaven, and those who whant to learn more about the wood shop. It is also a great refresher for those who may be a bit rusty and wanting to get back into the shop and working on projects or for those brand new and want to discover a whole new world of creative possibilitites. 

Lip Balm Making Workshop

No more dry, chapped lips! By the end of this workshop, you will have 25 tubes of your custom own blended lip balm. Mistletoe or not, you'll be ready! There is a fee for this class. Please go to MakeHaven Meetup to register and pay for the class.

 

Cutting Board / Cheese Board Wood Workshop

Create a custom cutting/cheese board using "rainbow striping" technique with different pieces of wood. A great introductory class to the woodshop!

Molds flat sheets around a mold. Useful for creating costumes, or molds for chocolate and soap as well as many other things. The plastic 
sheets are 21 1/4" by 30 1/4"
