  • Identify and describe all controls, adjustments, and functions of the panel saw
  • Crosscut a piece of wood (remove 1” of wood from the short edge by pulling the saw down, with the long edge of the piece resting on the rollers)
  • Mark the wood
  • Insert wood from the right
  • Line up blade with mark
  • Rip a piece of wood (remove 1” of wood from the long edge by pulling the wood through the blade, with the long edge of the piece resting on the rollers)
  • Turn the blade horizontal, making sure that the feed direction points to the left
  • Push then pull the piece of wood
  • Make sure that the wood doesn’t fall into the blade once it’s cut
  • Cleaning up tool
  • Replacing accessories
  • Vacuumed up after use
