In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn to transform vague startup ideas into clear, tested action plans—ready for real-world launch. Using the same Foundation Sprint framework trusted by companies like Slack and Airbnb, this expert-led, two-day intensive replaces months of indecision with focused, market-ready outcomes. No fluff—just serious progress.


What to Expect

Expect a fast-paced, interactive experience guided by a certified AJ&Smart Workshopper Master. Over two days, you’ll work through structured exercises, group discussions, and customer feedback tools designed to validate your ideas and sharpen your strategy. Come ready to engage—this sprint is all about doing, not just thinking.

Each ticket covers a team of 1-3 people working on the same idea or startup. You’ll collaborate closely throughout the process, so team attendance is encouraged. If team is larger than 3, please reach out to Young directly at Young@EcoAgilean.com
