Demonstration: Making a foam cast from a silicone life mold

In this free demonstration, MakeHaven facilitator Julia will use the reusable silicone mold taken from life in the "Lifecasting: Molding the Head and Face" workshop to make a perfect replica of our model. She will use urethane resin and expanding foam to create a strong and lightweight casting that can be used to make custom prosthetics, film/theater props, or creepy Halloween decor!

Julia will explain the materials and casting process and answer questions about lifecasting during the demonstration.

All are welcome but registration is requested.
