Step by step:
- Create a mold
- Mold Making Tips: http://www.seattlerobotics.org/encoder/mar97/mold_art/molds.htm
- Pre heat the mold to warm to the touch using an electric plate stove (about 130F).
- Load pellets. Set temperature for the material.
- Example: PLA = 360F - 375F

- Align the mold (nozzle clearance should be about 0.5" from mold).
- Do a single, fast, strong press.
- With gloves remove mold, check results.
