Last meeting (9/11/12) we discussed making fluorescent, glowing beer by making yeast that produce one of the common fluorescent tags. I've poked around on the internet some and there a few considerations about the possibility of making this:
Tim and I were talking about making hummus recently, so I thought I would bring down my food processor, some garbanzos, tahini, salt, garlic and lemons to make some home-made hummus.

So school has just started and that means that Gateway is open with its new manufacturing program. I'm really excited to take a few classes there. I also am looing forward to getting the laser cutter cleared as I'd like to get some trigger time on it.
