What to Expect
Expect a supportive, hands-on learning environment with demonstrations, guided practice, and plenty of time to ask questions. The instructor will cover yarn basics, hook selection, and stitch techniques before participants practice each skill step by step. You’ll work through foundational stitches and apply them directly to your projects. This is a single-day, extended workshop designed to give you a strong start and enough practice time to feel comfortable continuing independently.

• Choosing appropriate yarns for different projects
• Understanding yarn labels and hook anatomy
• Chaining and foundational crochet stitches
• Single crochet, half double crochet, and double crochet
• Increasing and decreasing stitches
• Creating a standard granny square
• Starting a simple beanie hat
