Annual MakeHaven Member Meeting
Annual Member Meeting Rescheduled
Due to the recent snowstorm and the ongoing parking ban, we are rescheduling the Annual Member Meeting to:
Thursday, March 5th, 6pm
While an online option had been arranged, feedback indicated that members strongly preferred the opportunity to participate in person. To support full engagement and discussion, we are moving the meeting back by one week.
All other details will remain the same. We look forward to seeing you there.
Reflecting on 2025 & Building the Future
Join us for our annual member gathering. This is your chance to see the "inner workings" of MakeHaven, celebrate a year of successes, and talk directly with the Board of Directors and committee members about where we are headed next.
The format this year is designed for dialogue. After a brief high-level state of the organization, we will move into topical breakout stations where you can dive into the details, provide feedback, and learn what is happening in our committees.
The Agenda
1. Director’s Keynote: The State of the Space
Presented by J.R. Logan (10 minutes) A high-level look at the "Big Picture" metrics from 2025 and our strategic direction for the coming year.
2. Breakout Sessions - Topical (2 x 20 minute sessions)
We will transition into six dedicated stations hosted by committee leaders. Grab a snack, rotate through the stations, and bring your questions and ideas. It is suggested reference space data at makehaven.org/kpis and our plan at makehaven.org/plan/2030. Topics align with our standing committees:
