KPIs In Development

KPI Name Current Details Goal 2026 Goal 2030 Trend
No in-development KPIs currently listed.

This table runs past the current year on purpose: it puts each KPI’s measured history next to the targets adopted for the years ahead. Years through 2025 are measured actuals, 2026 is measured but incomplete (year-to-date for some KPIs, a rolling 12-month window for others, so it will not line up with a completed year), and later years are goals from the strategic plan, not forecasts or recorded data. Cells are flagged individually because a single year can hold a measured value for one KPI and a goal for another. An “n/a” means neither an actual nor a goal exists for that year.

  • Actual — measured, completed year
  • Current — measured but incomplete year
  • Goal — target we are aiming at, not data

Aggregates door access requests into unique members per day to highlight peak usage windows. Showing May 16, 2026 – Aug 13, 2026.

  • Total entries in last 90 days: 4258
  • Average per day: 47.31
  • Busiest day: Jul 8, 2026 (68 members)
  • Rolling trend: Δ = 0.033 members/day
An entry counts every access-control request. A unique entry counts each member once per day, even if they badge multiple times.

Key insights

Tools by Status

Counts published equipment records by their current status taxonomy term.

Loading chart…
  • Source: Published item nodes joined to field_item_status and taxonomy term labels.
  • Processing: Counts each tool once regardless of category; status “Unspecified” captures items missing a taxonomy assignment.
  • Definitions: Status vocabulary is maintained in taxonomy.vocabulary.item_status—align naming conventions to keep the legend concise.

Monthly Member Entries (Unique Visits)

Sums the number of unique members badging in per day into monthly totals.

Loading chart…
  • Source: Access-control request logs joined to the requesting user.
  • Processing: Counts distinct members per day within the configured window, then aggregates into monthly totals (latest 12 months).
  • Definitions: Only users with active membership roles are included.

7-Day Rolling Average of Unique Entries

Smooths daily fluctuations to highlight longer-term trends over the window.

Loading chart…
  • Source: Seven-day rolling average derived from the daily unique member counts.
  • Processing: Uses a sliding seven-day window (or shorter for the first few points) and overlays a least-squares trendline.
  • Definitions: Positive slope indicates growing activity; negative slope signals declining foot traffic.

Visit Frequency Distribution

Distribution of member visit frequency based on distinct check-in days over the last 90 days.

Loading chart…
  • Source: Distinct visit days per member calculated from access-control logs over the rolling window.
  • Processing: Normalizes visits to a 30-day window before bucketing (none, 1, 2-3, 4-6, 7-12, 13+ per month equivalent).
  • Definitions: Each active member appears in exactly one bucket; members with no visits during the window are counted explicitly.

Average Members by Day of Week

Average unique members badging in on each weekday over the last 90 days.

Loading chart…
  • Source: Same daily unique member dataset used for the rolling average chart.
  • Processing: Totals unique members per weekday over the configured window and divides by the number of occurrences.
  • Definitions: Values represent average unique members per weekday; blank weekdays indicate no data within the window.

What People Told Us

Every channel we listen on in this area, and how much each collected in the last year. Red bars are channels that have gone quiet.

Expand section to load chart.
  • Evidence tier: Observed. Bar lengths are counts of submissions, with no interpretation applied.
  • Colour is a Think-level judgement: red marks a channel classified dormant, dead or never used by the cadence-adjusted staleness thresholds.
  • A zero bar is deliberately kept on the chart rather than filtered out. A question we stopped asking is the finding, and dropping it would hide exactly what this is for.
  • Full coverage detail, including who is submitting and whether channels are too thin to generalise from, is on the Listening health report.

Entry Profile by Day and Hour

Average member entries for each weekday and hour of day over the last 90 days.

Expand section to load chart.
  • Source: Raw access_control_request logs for the same window as the other utilization charts.
  • Processing: Buckets every entry by weekday and hour, then divides each bucket by the number of times that weekday occurs in the window.
  • Definitions: Each stacked segment is that weekday's average for the hour; hours outside 06:00-23:00 are omitted. Includes repeat entries.

Average Entries per Hour of Day

Average access-control requests in each hour across the rolling window.

Expand section to load chart.
  • Source: Raw access_control_request logs for the same window as the utilization charts.
  • Processing: Counts every entry event per hour, sums across the window, and divides by the number of days to produce an hourly average.
  • Definitions: Includes repeat entries; unique-member analysis appears in the other charts.

First Entry Time by Weekday (Stacked)

Shows when members first badge in each day, grouped by weekday and time-of-day bucket.

Expand section to load chart.
  • Source: Access-control requests within the rolling window grouped by member, day, and time of day.
  • Processing: Members are counted once per weekday/time bucket (early morning, morning, midday, afternoon, evening, night).
  • Definitions: Night spans 22:00-04:59 and rolls across midnight.
