Book Scanner

UPDATE: I have ordered all the components for the Archivist and am going to begin the project. The fabrication should be quick, but I'm still interested in people to work with me on getting it working - particularly the software end.

3D printer assembly

Hello makers, I have recently bought the cheapest 3D printer on the market http://printrbot.com/ . However with this price I will need to assemble everything together. I will give it a go this Saturday (1st Feb) afternoon 2.30pm-5pm. So feel free to come along in the space and do it together.

Green Tech and Hydroponics Stuff

I own a company called Kensho SEED, and I want to use this space to project out some ideas around energy, and food systems. I'm putting together a business supplying restaurants with hydroponic growing indoors and on rooftops, and I want to expand into other areas (psst Andrew, we've spoken about algae and some of this stuff).  I'm also planning workshops for late winter that will involve compost and hydroponics on a residential level, and a program designed around guiding the process and building small scale units.
